Phillip Hobson has served as Senior Vice President, Operations of RSC since June, 2009. From 2007 to 2009, Mr. Hobson served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Operations. From 2005 to 2007, he served as Vice President, Innovation, and as its Director of Internal Audit from 2004 to 2005. From 2002 to 2004 he served as Director of Financial Planning; he joined RSC in 1998 as a financial analyst. Prior to joining RSC, Mr. Hobson held various financial management related positions with Sunstate Equipment Co. and the Northwest Division of Pizza Hut.

Mr. Hobson earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California Santa Cruz.
