Kevin Groman joined RSC Equipment Rental in 2006, as its Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. In addition to being responsible for all the legal affairs of RSC, he also leads RSC’s sustainability program, focusing on ways to reduce RSC's carbon footprint and creating innovative customer driven initiatives that positively impact our environment. Mr. Groman also oversees the Safety, Environmental, Risk Management, Construction and Real Estate departments.

Prior to RSC, from 2000 to 2006, he was with PetSmart, Inc., most recently as Vice President, Associate General Counsel, Deputy Compliance Officer, and Assistant Secretary. From 1995 to 2000, he was at CSK Auto Corporation (Checker, Schuck’s, and Kragen Auto Part Stores) as their Senior Counsel and Assistant Secretary and also oversaw its Property Management department.

Mr. Groman earned a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Ithaca College and he holds a Juris Doctorate from Western New England College School of Law.
